You will not get cashback for the purses or receive the retail price if a current sale is promoted at any of the Coach Outlets. Children aged 8 or older may attend but must have an admission ticket and must be playing bingo. Tickets can be purchased any Monday or Thursday evening at the Maidencreek Banquet Hall from 5:30 pm to 10 pm. You may also mail in a check to Maidencreek Banquet Hall P.O. Box 98 Blandon, PA 19510. Once the check is received and cleared, we will mail back your tickets if you send a self-addressed stamped envelope. If you like pull tabs (rip tickets, tear tickets) then you will love joining us for a fun-filled day. Similar to a slot tournament, there will be 4 rounds of play based on 86 single players only. (No More Teams but you can bring a guest to help you.) More players will increase the final payouts. The top 3 players are guaranteed money with over $5,000 in cash prizes that will be awarded to the winners depending on the number of entrants. We have the right to modify the tournament and payouts due to attendance. The cost is $75 per person. You may buy back in for $25 if you were eliminated in a previous round, this now includes the final round as well. This way everyone will get a chance to buy back in. Once you’re knocked out you must buy in the very next round only. Do not open the pull tabs until we give the okay. Points will be tallied and the highest point totals will advance to the next round. Once admission is paid we will have a detailed description of how everything works and examples. When making payment please list everyone who will be in the tournament.
Included in your admission price will be a hoagie of choice, chips, mac, or potato salad with one free soda or bottled water from 11 am to 12:45 pm only. The bus leaves Maidencreek Banquet Hall at 8 am and will return at approximately 8:30 pm. You will receive a $30 voucher back from Caesars. You will have 7 hours to gamble, walk the boardwalk, eat at your favorite restaurant, etc. You may bring food and beverage on the bus but no glass bottles. We assign seats on every bus trip so that we can keep all groups together during the bus ride to and from the casino. You may leave belongings on a bus in your assigned seat if you wish not to carry them around for the day.

The bus leaves the Maidencreek banquet hall at 8 am and returns at approximately 10 pm. We will be getting dropped off at 51st & Broadway. All ages 5 years and up are welcome. You may bring food and beverage but no glass bottles. You will have assigned seats to and from so we can keep all groups together. You may leave any coolers etc... on the bus if you don't want to carry them around NYC. You will get 8 hours to enjoy the holiday festivities, shop, take in a show, eat at your favorite restaurant, etc...
Please meet back at the bus pickup no later than 15 minutes prior to departure.
We only have three buses for this trip and last year we sold out! So don't delay and purchase your tickets soon.

We are raising money for Alyssa to obtain a service dog. It will take two years to train him and the cost is $40,000. Alyssa has a rare disease called Ehlers–Danlos syndrome. A group of rare genetic connective-tissue disorders. Symptoms may include loose joints, joint pain, stretchy velvety skin, and abnormal scar formation. These can be noticed at birth or in early childhood. Complications may include aortic dissection, joint dislocations, scoliosis, chronic pain, or early osteoarthritis. No cure is known. Treatment is supportive in nature. Physical therapy and bracing may help strengthen muscles and support joints. While some forms of EDS result in a normal life expectancy, those that affect blood vessels generally decrease it. We are also seeking gift basket donations of any size and value for the Chinese Auction but for the bingo program, we are asking for a value of $25 or more.
