Supply your own liquor and mixers and the bartender will serve all the guests their favorite cocktails. We have the right to see ID from any guest and to not serve anyone who may be over the limit.
If you bring your own food or your caterer just delivers, you may want to hire our food servers to maintain your buffet, clean up after dinner is served and pack up all the extra food for you to take home. They can also cut and serve the wedding cake if desired. We recommend one server for every 50 to 75 guests.
The rental of the fountain includes 6lbs. of chocolate of your choice in milk, dark or white with 100 fondue forks. You supply the food for dipping!
An additional 2lbs. of chocolate can be added to your order.
Oblong tables come standard with the banquet hall but you may upgrade to round tables for a more formal look. Seats 8 guests comfortably. Minimum rental 6 tables. Cost includes breaking down oblong tables and setting up round tables for your event.

The minimum is two hours for certain events and the maximum is 7 hours. Some additional fees are added to the price for any contracted hours over the five hour period.
Hall set up and cleaning is done by our staff for weddings only. For all other events we set up but you must clean up all tables, any large trash items on the floor and remove all decorations. Our staff will vacuum and take trash to the dumpster.
You may decorate the hall yourself or hire a professional. Weddings will have two hours the day before and other events will have two hours prior to the start time. We simply ask that you not use hammers, nails, staple guns, glue etc. There will be hooks in the ceiling to attach decorations from. All decorations must be of a temporary nature. No confetti or glitter allowed!
Yes and we do have references if needed. We have a small service kitchen area with a heated proofer, refrigerator, triple bay sink and a stainless steel two tier work table. The service kitchen has easy access to both banquet rooms. Because everyone's taste in food is different and unique, we recommend that you choose your own caterer. Whether you have a family member, a friend or a professional caterer your event, you're guaranteed the food is prepared the way you like. Don't settle for a banquet facility that makes you buy their food. It's your special day, the choice should be yours!
Ceremony rehearsal is always the day before the wedding. You have up to 1 hour for rehearsal and you may plan to use your two hours of decorating time before or after as well. Just simply make your appointment for rehearsal time no later than one week prior to your wedding.
Yes, even though we have our own in house DJ, Mirror Me Photo Booth, Dancing On The Clouds, LED Uplighting, Personalized Monogram and much more. We understand that some clients may have a DJ and/or band already booked for their event.
