Maidencreek Banquet Hall was created to fulfill a need for something different in Berks County. It is a banquet facility that caters to the person that wants more than a typical fire company setting. But yet the country club experience...without the country club price! Create your own personalized package within your budget. Whether a wedding reception for your son and his bride-to-be, an anniversary party to celebrate your parents' life together or a holiday party to thank your employees and co-workers, we will work with you to make the planning as simple and stress-free as possible. we understand that we only have one opportunity to make your event perfect. 

Two Rooms For Small & Large Events.


Our smaller rear room will comfortably seat up to 96 guests with a dance floor area and 112 guests without. The spacious large front room can seat up to 240 guests with a dance floor and 275 without. You may upgrade to 60" round tables for an additional charge. Which ever room meets your needs, you can add your personal touch with table linens or plastic covers, chair skirts, chair sashes, table runners and table skirts all in assorted colors as well. Once again, all for an additional charge. Both banquet rooms have ground level entrances which make it handicap accessible. We are a non-smoking facility and have smoke boxes located outside each banquet room entrance for your convenience.

Ceremony Packages.


If you are planning for your wedding day, why not book our entire banquet facility. You can have your wedding ceremony in the smaller room and have your reception in the larger room. We will setup our brand new arch with picket fence, white linen backdrop, bridal runner for the isle, two faux marble columns with urns for your flowers, a podium for the officiant and up to 120 chairs for guest seating. This is considered package number one. Package number two consists of all of the above plus all guest chairs covered in skirts and a chair sash to match your theme. Ceremony music for prelude, processional, unity candle or sand and recessional. We know every ceremony is different so you can customize these packages to your needs.

Caterers Kitchen


Located between both banquet rooms we have a kitchen area which includes a refrigerator, proofing machine, triple bay sink and two-tier stainless steel prep table. This may be used by your caterer or yourself to prepare the food for the buffet tables. All food must be cooked off premise before arrival.

Kitchen must be cleaned of all food items and trash on the floor. Failure to do so will result in lost of security deposit.

*Please do not dispose of any food down sink drains.*

Rentals & Other Services


Unlike other banquet facilities, we do things slightly different. You may bring in your own beer and wine for your guests. If you prefer to supply liquor, you must pay for one of our mixologists as we must abide by all PLCB laws. You must also purchase a liquor liability policy through us so all parties are protected.

Please call to schedule your appointment time. Showings are from 9am to 8pm daily except for Monday & Thursday showings. Those times are from 9am to last appointment at 4pm. No appointments available on Saturday or Sunday.
